Every suite on the property is designed with luxury in mind. You'll find fireplaces, jetted claw foot tubs, WiFi, premium TV, heated floors and towel racks, private balconies or patios and luxurious bedding. In the common areas we have a full gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities and plenty of space for group dinners.
Our Manager of Operations has been planning weddings and corporate events since 2009 across the world. If you would like to utilize her services for your wedding, it can be included into your custom package.

Each of these private suites features a separate entrance with it’s own patio or balcony, a luxurious king bed, a gas fireplace, a bath with a jetted claw foot tub, a spa shower, HD TVs, and plenty of closet space. You’ll also have access to our common-area amenities, including a full-size kitchen and a kitchenette, a washer and dryer, our Electric Vehicle charging station, a fenced pet area, and the lodge’s spacious great room.

And, outside, you’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fantastic views and atmosphere of Northwest Montana.

Details
(1) To have unlimited access to the property you must book the entire main lodge. For wedding venue only we require that you collaborate with our wedding planner liaison regarding the spaces and schedule. When not booking entire lodge, the guest list is capped at 60 attendees to ensure an excellent experience for both wedding guests and our lodge guests. (2) For chair upgrades we can provide alternative options at additional cost. (3) For dance floor upgrades we can provide alternative options at additional cost. (4) The tablecloths have the option of multiple colors. (5) Wood’s Lodge has our own wedding arch, we can source an alternative if requested for additional cost. (6) The wedding planning services are $100 per hour and can be modified to fit any budget, we’re here to help. (7) The bride and groom suites are for 6 hours each, for the day of the event. More time is available by booking the rooms overnight. (8) All weddings include the use of two outdoor porta potty restrooms, the lodge is not the restroom for weddings, and if required, brides have the option of two other trailer style restrooms not included in the package. (9) All items included are on an as available basis, our partner providers cannot guarantee availability without date selection and booking in advance. (10) Prices are valid for 2023.

Details
(1) Itinierary planning is included in the package – however, potential itinerary add ons, the activties are at cost and we will only be arranging the booking that you as the customer will pay directly to the vendor of said activity. We have priority vendors and discount deals made with those priority vendors that we will pass on to you where applicable. (2) Dinner party or training events are not booking the whole lodge and therefore cannot be out of control events. To have unlimited access to the lodge with only city ordinance noise and curfew limitations, contact our team to book the whole lodge for the dates you would like, if they are available. (3) All additional requests are at cost added to the package when it is customized.
